Went here with my daughter for the first time. The staff was very nice, 2 young ladies. We both eat with plasticware, and when asked, they brought us out a plastic fork and a knife. However, when they brought out the grits to the table, they brought us both plastic spoons without asking! (It's the small things) I appreciated that! We both ordered the same dishes, french toast bacon and grits, and truly we could have shared because the portion size was more than enough for 1 person. Everything was good, including the coffee! If ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to have breakfast here!

I ordered the Cajun Chicken wrap from the Tuesday special. It comes with a cup of soup. The wrap was very good. Never drenched in sauce or salty. The soup was good, too. The environment is warm and the servers are courteous. Moreover, the price is reasonable.

I had a great meal. The Jacob's breakfast was excellent. The service was excellent as well. The prices are reasonable. Something to be aware of is that this is a small place and can get noisy. There was a large group making a lot of noise when I was there. They very inconsiderate, loud people who didn't care about anything but what they had going on. Fortunately, they left in the middle of my time there and my colleague and I were able to have a relaxed conversation without shouting. If I return to 12 Street Grill, I'd try to return during off hours, either right after breakfast or right after lunch hours, or I'd get takeout.

Great for solo dinner. Clean and nice atsmophere. Nice Servers Extense menu that include lunch and breakfast. Lots of tables and chairs plus a diner bar. 4 stars cause the Reuben Rye has butter on it but the ham Soup was delicious.

This my first time getting a carryout from here. This strawberry salad was so good and the ingredients was so fresh. I look forward to trying the Michigan salad next. The chicken was marinated and flavorful definitely a 5 star rating from me.
